Modeled after the principles of the name itself, B.U.I.L.D (Building, Unity, Integrity, Love, and Devotion) Leadership Academy provides the highest quality training for student athletes looking to grow as leaders on and off the field. Our vision is to help kids implement processes in their daily lives that lead to success on the field, in the classroom and in the community.
B.U.I.L.D Leadership Academy offers QB and WR development programs offered twice per year on a weekly basis for athletes that want to be the best and be trained by those that know what it takes. Former Hanover QB, Virginia Tech Hokie, and NFL draftee, Sam Rogers, leads the instruction in the classroom and on the field providing professional-level football coaching and leadership training.
Highlights Include:
- Small Group, Limited participation (10 QB’s/ 10 WR’s max)
- Position specific drills and education
- Program includes on-field training, classroom work, film analysis & breakdown, recruiting, and leadership skills.
- Each day consists of specific objectives with drills and applications to reinforce the lessons.
